About the Role
Our Training Specialists create resources that help nearly 3,000 employee-owners succeed in their roles. We’re looking for someone to join our team who is driven to understand the systems and processes all around them, and who enjoys helping others find success by clearly communicating instruction through writing, video, graphics, and other digital means.
This is a content development role. The person in this role will create training content in multiple ways:
· Researching and writing written guides
· Planning, shooting, and editing training videos
· Designing graphics for posters
· Authoring eLearning courses
· Planning and designing PowerPoint presentations
· Updating and expanding our online training resources
· and more.
We use Adobe software for multimedia creation, Articulate for eLearning course authoring, WordPress for our Training website, and Microsoft programs for documents and presentations. Training will be provided to the successful applicant for any needed tools and programs they are unfamiliar with.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position based in Bi-Mart's Business Office in Eugene, OR, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Schedule:
The Bi-Mart Corporate Office is open 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.
Occasional travel for in-person trainings (rare overnight stays)
Hours will vary depending on workload and assignment.
